Die Hamburger Architekten Böge und Linder haben ein raffiniert verschränktes Gebäude mit 22 modernen Loftwohnungen entworfen. Diese sind zum Teil doppelgeschossig und haben eine freie Grundrissaufteilung, was sich auch in der vielfältigen Fassade abzeichnet.
